Refresh at 100 years

It’s not every day you get to work with an organisation that is 100 years old. Working with Sydney Missionary & Bible College to celebrate this significant milestone also came with a weight of responsibility.

The research phase of this project led us to interview representatives of different stakeholder groups. This highlighted the love and passion many have for this organisation. 

SMBC educate students from around the world. To be equipped and sent out again around the globe for gospel mission.

Sydney Missionary & Bible College is a bible college based in the inner west of Sydney. 


SMBC had a significant milestone coming up – 100 year anniversary. To coincide with this the college put on a week long celebration and required: A brand refresh for the future, a book launch and the launch of a new overseas program. 


While a number of variations were considered, it was decided to use a recreation of the incumbent brand mark. 

Complementary imagery was developed to present a much more confident, powerful communication.
